I was born in the Caribbean island of
Barbados, and I have been experimenting with photography since the age
of twelve. I grew up in Barbados and neighbouring St. Vincent. I
developed a love of the tropical scenery, especially the
seascapes. Over the years, I have raised my level of expertise to the
point where I can identify and capture the natural beauty that surrounds
us.
I have no formal training in photography, but I
have an honours degree in Physics from the University of London, so I do
have a strong background in optical theory. (My major first year
project was to build a pinhole camera to investigate diffraction.)
